5 Reasons Why

1. NZQA Accredited Academy

SRA is NZQA accredited, this means that once you successfully complete the course, you’ll gain a qualification that is well-recognised in the industry.

2. Student Loan Available & Fees-Free Applicable

Most students can either apply for a student loan or if they are eligible, they can study for free through the Fees-Free scheme. Find out if you are eligible at www.feesfree.govt.nz

3. Specialised & Intensive Makeup Courses

SRA is an institution that specialises in teaching makeup. We offer various intensive programs that will unleash your creativity and help you acquire different skills and techniques.

4. Industry-Expert Tutors

Our team of educators trains tomorrow's makeup artists, fosters their creativity and helps them become maters of their craft, qualified to a professional, international standard. They are qualified in adult training so they can adapt their teaching to suit different learning styles.

5. Prestigious Work Experience Opportunities

While studying at SRA, most students will be offered work-experience opportunities so that they can gain real-life experience of the industry while also building their network of professional contacts. Some of these valuable work-experience opportunities include Miss Universe NZ, NZ fashion Week, various fashion shows, client photoshoots and theatrical plays.
